MANAGING THE SUPPLIER TRANSITION

Ocean Safety needed a UK-based partner who could manage the transition smoothly. MPM began the project by carefully assessing the existing mould tools, production processes, anD inventory requirements. To ensure an uninterrupted supply, a stock buffer was created during the transition period, allowing Ocean Safety to continue meeting global demand while new production lines were established.
