We began the year with great growth and a re-vitalised team. Quarter one was once again record breaking. However, business growth is never as straighforward as we would like. Quarter 2 threw us challenges including another fire. Although this did not stop our production, it obviously had an effect on the team as we came to terms with yet more recovery as a business.
Our new outdoor space was wiped out and we had to start again - never phased, we all carried on #strongertogether as always and re-built.
Top highlights include the onboarding of some great new customers, the additon of our solar panels and of course the additons of Tim, Sheida and Ceejay to help us in our quest for even better for 2024.
Quarter 3 was a success and we are particularly proud of how we have retained our team members. We are constantly measuring our results and striving for better. Our continued investment in our production businsess system is also starting to help guide us to see exactly where we need to improve, so Right First Time (RFT) is now our focus as we move into 2024.
We thank all our customers, suppliers and of course our valued team, as we continue to strive for better for our customers and to achieve an ever growing and dynamic order book in 2024.
