Our values are key to how we operate at MPM, with 5 values underpinning our working ethics. Integral to that list is ‘quality’. As part of our commitment to our values, we endeavor to deliver ‘WOW’ to each and every one of our customers, supplier and team through quality service & partnerships.
With raw materials becoming harder and harder to get hold of as a result of Brexit; resourcefulness, quality workmanship and reducing waste have never been more important.
We have implemented monthly on-line review meetings with clients to ensure we are working in partnership with them, gathering feedback and supporting our continuous improvement culture.
Taking on feedback from previous years, our main focus for 2021 is ‘Delivering on-time, in full and right first time’ for all of our clients with our team pursuing this goal with persistence.
