ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
At MPM we take pride in our Quality Management System. It is embedded throughout our business in the form of Standard Operating Procedures. These are the drivers for effective process control; and for service and product quality throughout the business.
Our Quality Management System enables our team to continue to deliver on our Vison, Mission and Values.
MPM gained certification to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in 2019. Since then we have been audited successfully every year – with no recorded nonconformances. We are now operating to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is internationally recognised as the world’s leading quality management standard, and has been implemented by over one million organisations in over 170 countries globally. The Standard – implemented to its full potential, as we do – has become an invaluable asset to MPM.
The Standard contains eight key principles of quality management. These enable MPM to operate effective processes – controlled by well trained and effective people – process that deliver quality products and services time after time; bringing many benefits to our customers, suppliers and team members.
The Eight Key Principles Are:

- Process approach
- A systematic approach to management
- Continual improvement
- Factual approach to decision making
- Mutually beneficial supplier relationship
The Standard has enabled MPM to become more cost-efficient; to increase its credibility and competitiveness; to lower costs, and to shorten cycle times through effective use of resources. The end result is enhanced customer satisfaction and improved customer loyalty leading to repeat business.
